On Wednesday, the six-story downtown Bellevue condo building known as Mira Flats was sold for $68 million, which comes out to $420,000 on average per unit. Records list Viewtop International PTE Ltd. out of Redmond as the buyer. The new owner still plans to sell the 162 residences as condos. This was first reported by Puget Sound Business Journal.
The condos are advertised from $400,000 to over $1 million, which include studios, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom units. Representatives for the property suggest that nearly half of the Mira Flats condos have been pre-sold.
In August 2018, it was announced that Mirador Apartments, would convert over to condos and that Intracorp would be performing the conversion. In November 2018 Intracorp backed out of the deal.
