Aegis Living is opening a new facility in Bellevue on 116th Avenue Northeast. The privately-held company is known for its senior assisted living, memory care and short term care. The building will be neoclassical style, inspired by the Bellevue arboretum.

The living facility offers around-the-clock staff, three chef-prepared meals, healthy snacks throughout the day and activities like discussion groups, local excursions and art. There are licensed nurses who monitor personalized care plans and specially trained medication care managers. The building also provides concierge, housekeeping, laundry services  and transportation.

There are multiple floor plans available. Assisted living offers floors plans that include either a studio apartment or one bedroom, and memory care offers floor plans with either a studio apartment or companion suite.

Aegis Living has 21 other locations in Washington, including Mercer Island, Kirkland, Queen Anne and West Seattle. The new facility is slated to open in November 2020.
