Three buildings are being proposed at 11100 Main Street in Bellevue, which are currently in design review with the City of Bellevue. The project, titled Broadstone Bellevue Gateway, is proposed as a 22-story building and two 7-story buildings that would include a total of 336 residential units, 7,000 square feet of ground floor commercial space, and about 250 parking spots.
The developer for the project is US Alliance Gateway, LLC. The 22-story is planned as an Independent Living (for seniors who can live on their own), and will include 147 units. The two 7-story buildings will have a total of 189 multi-family units and include a gym, a lounge and roof deck.
The renderings for the project were created by Encore Architects.
The permit states that the project is beginning in July 2021 and is scheduled for completion in November 2023.
Currently, there is a two-story office building that is occupied by Windermere Real Estate. Before Windermere, the site was originally occupied by Lexus of Bellevue.
