The City of Bellevue recently announced their new virtual community game, The Great Bellevue Scavenger Hunt. The game features different activities and destinations throughout Bellevue for participants to explore.

The Great Bellevue Scavenger Hunt is a virtual game played on your phone. Interested players need to download the free app to their mobile device by going to the “Goose Chase”. Create an account or log in as a guest. Enter the game code COBFUN or search for “The Great Bellevue Scavenger Hunt”. Select or create your team, and then sign a safety waiver. Players can win prizes and teams can have a single member participate or multiple people.

The scavenger hunt runs through October 30 at 10 p.m. During each day of the hunt, missions will be released. Teams earn points by answering trivia questions or taking pictures and videos. This may include visiting local parks for nature hunts, sharing your favorite local takeout meal, showing off something special about your neighborhood, enjoying Bellevue’s “core” values through fitness activities, activities for your pets, and more.

All of the activities are created to abide by Washington’s Safe Start guidelines. The top scoring players or teams will be entered into a raffle to win city Merchandise.
