Since the end of January, restaurants have been permitted to reopen indoor service at 25% capacity. The Bellevue Collection now has 18 eateries open, with most accepting reservations. Over 40 different tapas, or small plates, are available. Their full bar service includes signature craft cocktails and an extensive list of Spanish and Northwest wines. Castilla is open for dine-in service and takeout, with curbside pickup available.
Offering authentic cuisine from China and Southeast Asia, Wild Ginger merges cultural influence with a contemporary design. Their menu features dishes like Siam lettuce cups, sea bass, Sichuan green beans, and chicken pad Thai. Beer, wine, and specialty cocktails like the yuzu mule, house-infused ginger vodka, and yuzu sake will warm you right up. Wild Ginger is open for dine-in service, takeout with the option of curbside pickup, and delivery. Reservations can be made on their website.
Enjoy local, fresh seafood fare in the friendly atmosphere that is Duke’s. Fan favorites include their award-winning clam chowder and fish tacos, the Dungeness crab cake, and Copper River salmon. All ingredients are sustainable, chemical and hormone free. Pickup, delivery, and dine-in service are all available. Due to 25% limited capacity, reservations are recommended. Duke’s is also featuring new Take Home Meal Kits, with rotating family meal options each week with portioned and prepared ingredients.
