The popular gaming developer, Valve have leased nine floors at the new Lincoln Square office tower that is currently under construction. Valve has leased 225,000 square feet on floors 11-19.
This will be a return to The Bellevue Collection for Valve that leased space at Bellevue Place when they launched back in 1996.
The move to Lincoln Square from Valve’s current location is an increase of about 100,000 square feet. “This lease puts Valve on the list of the largest companies in terms of office space in downtown Bellevue,” says Jim Melby, president of Kemper Development Company.
Valve is schedule to move into the new space in May of 2017.
Stifel Nicolas, as well as former Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer are other tenants that have announced leases in the new office tower at Lincoln Square.
