Last week, in a report published by the Puget Sound Business Journal, a rumor about Apple possibly moving into a new office tower (Centre 425) in downtown Bellevue was updated. PSBJ said that, actually, Amazon is the potential tenant, which was substantiated by what they called “reliable real estate sources”.
Apple is also believed to be planning a large expansion on both sides of Lake Washington, according to the newspaper.
However, neither Amazon or Apple officials would comment and none of the six real estate sources contacted for the story would speak on the record.
