The unit has a nice open floor plan allowing a lot of light in the main living areas. It couldn’t be more centrally located with some of Main Street’s favorites including Gilbert’s, Cantinetta, Fran’s Chocolates and more.
Finding nice two bedroom units listed in the $600K range is becoming rare (although my guess is that this will likely go over $700K).
The home was listed on the MLS a week ago and is advertising that it will review offers today.
