According to City of Bellevue permits, Great State Burger is opening at 228 Bellevue Square, which is currently the location of World Wraps on the second floor.
According to one of the permits, the restaurant will occupy 3,425 square feet.
Great State Burger is a classic American burger joint. Their menu features 100% grass-fed beef burgers, crinkle-cut fries and milkshakes. The company has four standalone restaurant locations, as well stores within Centurylink Field and Safeco Field.
The chef of Great State Burger is Josh Henderson who is behind Huxley Wallace Collective that includes restaurants, Westward and Quality Athletics.
