According to a representative for the restaurant, STK Steakhouse will be opening on July 19. They are located at 610 Bellevue Way Northeast.
STK is described as a modern steakhouse and chic lounge in one, that offers a traditional fine dining experience. Their menu features items like tuna tartare, Alaskan red king crab, roasted lamb rack, Wagyu flat iron, bone-in filet, filet & lobster tail, and parmesan truffle fries.
The fine dining restaurant has locations throughout the United States, as well as internationally. This is the first STK Steakhouse to open in Washington.
Before the steakhouse, this location was home to Palomino Restaurant and Bar. Palomino closed in June 2019. The Italian eatery first opened at Lincoln Square in 2008.
