‘Buns’ brings burgers to the streets of Bellevue with their mobile gourmet kitchen that serves premium burgers with all-natural and organic ingredients.
‘Buns’ will serve hungry customers every Tuesday in Downtown Bellevue from 11am – 2pm in front of Barnes & Noble.
The beef ‘Buns’ uses comes from grass-fed and free-range cows, sourced from Thundering Hooves in Walla Walla, WA, has never been frozen, and has no added hormones or antibiotics.
The buns used for the burgers are made fresh each day by Grand Central Bakery in Seattle. The company prides themselves on sustainability, and in addition to using locally sourced foods, they use recyclable or compostable products as well.

3 stars. The meat was good. The truffle fries were underwhelming.
I LOVE the truffle fries. Will be back soon.
