Quite possibly the biggest news in Downtown Bellevue last year was the crane that fell killing Matthew Ammon, an attorney at Microsoft and resulted in many Bellevuites looking up for the next couple months as they walked the streets of the city.

Last night Komo TV 4 reported that the parents have filed a lawsuit against the general contractor, Lease Crutcher Lewis and the designer Magnusson Klemencic Associates. The contractor is working on the Tower 333 project in Bellevue.

The defendant firms have not filed a response to the lawsuit. Trial has been set for March 23, 2009.
