Brazen Real Estate, Bellevue’s local neighborhood realtor, has recently reached a licensing agreement with worldwide luxury realtor Sotheby’s. For an undisclosed amount, Brazen Real Estate will use Sotheby’s network to further interest those around the country, and world, about properties available in the area.
Not just any real estate firm is able to become a partner of Sotheby’s, there is a screening process that takes place beforehand to ensure the quality of the firm. Brazen Real Estate will now become Brazen Sotheby’s International Realty.
Owners Joseph Brazen and wife Randi Brazen, in addition to their real estate, business also own 520 Bar & Grill on Main Street. The restaurant sits in the building right below their real estate offices.
