The Residence Inn by Marriott in Bellevue has opened its doors for business this week. Although not technically in “Downtown Bellevue,” it will still serve as a great hotel for guests looking to stay close to the city.
The hotel features 231 guest suites, with a range of studios, 1 bedroom, and 2 bedroom units. Also featured is a Hertz Rental Car desk, Microsoft designed techno-lounge named “Escape,” complimentary wireless (and wired) Internet throughout the hotel, 3,200 sq ft of flexible meeting space, and more.

The hotel is located at 605 114th Ave SE, one block over from the Bellevue Club, and is now open for guests to reserve rooms.

  1. no car on vacations

I’d much rather stay somewhere I can walk around…

  2. Sure is an interesting place for a hotel. Isn’t there a lot of wet lands around that area? Would be interesting to know how they got the building permits.

  3. Uh it’s not that color at all (as in the picture). It’s a putrid puke yellow-beige. And it’s a horrific eye sore in what used to be a wetland rustic SE 8th St Area. Look at the Bellefield Office Park in the area which was built to fit in to it’s surroundings, and then look at this monstrosity which obliterates them.

  4. Any idea when the Marriott on 110th is going to break ground?
