‘Urban Eats’ Features 5 Downtown Bellevue Restaurants

Urban Eats had its kickoff event on Saturday, at Basco Kitchens in Tukwila. Representing Downtown Bellevue was Pearl Bar & Dining’s Executive, Chef Bradley Dickinson, serving a scrumptious chicken marsala with fava beans. According to Chef Dickinson, his Urban Eats options will include “steak, a mushroom risotto, and springtime vegetables.”

Beginning May 3rd, Urban Eats features 48 local restaurants serving 3 courses for $30.00, Sunday-Thursday evenings in May (excluding Mother’s Day). The 5 Downtown Bellevue restaurants participating will be Pearl Bar & Dining, Flo Japanese Restaurant & Sushi Bar, Ristorante Luciano, Seastar Restaurant & Raw Bar, and The Parlor Collection.

Just 6 months old, Pearl is already a huge hit in Downtown Bellevue. Well-known as the best happy hour bar in Bellevue, “we’re the ones everyone else is chasing,” said Chef Dickinson. And he also hinted that Pearl’s awesome happy hour could get even awesomer soon…stay tuned.
