If you’ve been to Bellevue Place in the last couple of weeks, you’ve seen the progress that the construction has made with the expansion of the Hyatt Hotel. Wintergarden (the lobby area in the Hyatt), which previously had a towering wall limiting the size of its lobby, has now taken the wall down to allow the public a sneak peak at the expansion.
The completion of the expansion is anticipated for July and will bring a total of 733 hotel rooms and 60,000 square feet of meeting space. Additionally there will be 500 new parking spaces and 1,000 square feet of retail space.
