The Downtown Bellevue Network was able to take a sneak peek inside the 3-story Neiman Marcus Bellevue store that will be hosting its public grand opening day on Friday, September 11th. Neiman’s, which committed to the largest retail space at The Bravern back in mid-2006, is now prepared to rip off the plastic and open the store to customers.
The 125,000 square-foot store is in tip top shape and would’ve been ready to open this Wednesday if needed.
Designers, designers, designers…That will be the lasting impression once leaving Neiman’s for the first time. The store features several, what feel like, boutique shops within it. St. John, Escada, Giorgio Armani, Chanel, and Prada are some of the designer brands it carries, to name a few. As we know, designer brands don’t come cheap; the most expensive piece of clothing we found upon our preview was a jacket for $5,350 (see image below). Additionally there is jewelry for sale at the store that exceeds well over $100,000. Make sure you have your Neiman Marcus Credit Card, American Express, Diners Club Card, or cash for any purchases because that is the extent of what they accept.
Many of the store’s design elements are inspired by the Pacific Northwest, so although being a foreign company to Downtown Bellevue, you will feel right at home. Over 160 pieces of artwork from regional artists are hung throughout the store.
We took several pictures that will help illustrate what to expect upon your first visit. And remember, the whole weekend will be filled with grand opening weekend events.

Beautiful store — I loved their shoe department the most.
