3 years ago there were holes in the ground, cranes in the air, and hardly anybody living in the Downtown core. A lot has happened to Downtown Bellevue in the last 3 years, and we’ve had fun covering it all. The Downtown Bellevue Network began in May of 2007 with the mission to create a community forum for those that live, work, and play in Downtown Bellevue.

This year we will celebrate our 3rd anniversary at the end of May! For the first chance to receive details and RSVP for our exclusive event, sign up for our email list if you haven’t already done so. We will announce the event exclusively to our email subscribers early next week. If there is room remaining (and often times there is not) we will open up the event to the public via our Website.

We strongly suggest that if you want to attend our 3rd anniversary event that you subscribe to our email list. We want to make sure that our most loyal followers get first shot at attending. Sign up by Midnight Sunday, May 9th to receive the invite.

  1. Very cool! Looking forward to being part of this! If you haven’t picked out a venue, we could discuss perhaps holding it here in our Courtyard, with use of the Clubhouse lounge as well… Either way, congratulations on 3 years!

  2. Is it just me having a brain fart or does the ‘subscribe to our mailing list’ link not work?

  3. Congrats on the the 3 years!! Who knew how big this would be. Great job Michael!

  4. @ Mike, one of the links wasn’t working, but the main call to action was. All links fixed now

@ Vic, thanks for the nice words, we are happy to be serving the community!

@Belcarra, thanks for the open invite…we have a pretty great place for the event. Maybe we can do an event in the future.

  5. Congratulations to Michael and everyone else helping to make this blog a sounding success. This is the first site I come to when I am looking for downtown news. Looking forward to many more years of keeping in touch through this blog.

  6. @LD, thanks for the kind words! Without our loyal readers such as yourself our site would be nothing. Glad you have enjoyed it over the years!

  7. Congrats Michael, Lea and the rest of the crew!

  8. Thanks for the un-invite to the celebration. Classy move.

  9. @Joe Within 2 hours of sending our email out we were at full capacity. We went back to the event location coordinator to see if we could have more people and we were able to squeeze a few more in.

I’m sorry that everybody is not able to attend. In the future we are going to try to find a event location that will accommodate more people.

We hope to see you at a future event.

    -Michael
