Bank Seeks Foreclosure on Proposed Bellevue Hotel Site

According to a Seattle Times article the Prime Pacific Bank of Lynnwood is seeking foreclosure on a loan where a 15-story hotel in Downtown Bellevue was once planned.

The site was planned for a 145-suite hotel on NE 2nd St., between 108th & 110th Avenues NE. According to the report the property that was purchased in 2007 will be sold at a trustee sale on January 7th unless all the charges totaling more than $2.7 million are paid.
