Young figure skaters from the Cascade Valley Figure Skating Club will perform scenes from “The Nutcracker” at 10am Friday, December 31, at the Group Health Ice Arena in Bellevue’s Downtown Park, according to The Bellevue Reporter.
The 15-minute performance features costumed youths skating to the original score by Peter Tchaikovsky. Following the show, the ice arena will open for a community skate until 11am, with free admission and skate rental. Donations will be accepted for the Overlake Service League.
