Mobile Pizza Trailer Occupies Old KFC Lot

Tuscan Stone Wood Fired PIzza Bellevue

Tuscan Stone Wood Fired Pizza’ has located its mobile pizza trailer in the old KFC lot that is located at Bellevue Way NE & Main Street. The trailer serves fresh handmade pizzas right on the spot from the wood-fired oven. The owners made the trailer and oven from scratch, and they anticipate creating a 2nd trailer within the coming months. Trailers are the latest entrepreneurial trend and for good reason; they’re very profitable ventures. There are complications though, especially when it comes to their road presence, so learn more about the legal side of things before taking that leap.

The trailer serves pizza at the new location Monday through Saturday 10:30 AM – 8:00 PM. Customers can walk up and make an order, or when it’s raining, you can even order from your parked car! A personal pizza is $6.95, and a large pizza is $14.95. There are several different pizzas available to choose from, including the Margherita, Chicken Pesto, Smoked Pepperoni, Italian Sausage & Bacon, and more. Customers may also build their own pizza.

The company previously parked the trailer in Kent before bringing it to Bellevue. The owners currently have a month-to-month lease in the old KFC parking lot.
