A local investment group has purchased One Main Street Condominiums’ 3 street-level retail condominium spaces in downtown Bellevue.
One Main Retail Ventures, LLC has purchased the 3 retail spaces, which total about 4,427 square feet, according to a press statement. Up to 15 parking stalls will be available to retail customers.
The investment group is in final negotiations with a local business owner to lease and operate an Italian-themed specialty market in the retail space at the east end of the building. For the remaining retail spaces, the group will target business categories such as restaurants, specialty bakeries, and art galleries, according to the statement.
Construction of One Main Street Condominiums was completed in 2010. More than 50 percent of the homes have been sold, with the 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom condos priced at $319,900 to $1.6 million. For more information, visit www.onemainstreet.com.
