Estate Interiors, a consignment shop of ‘fine furnishings,’ seemed to pop up overnight a few weeks ago in the old Bartell Drugs space on Bellevue Way and NE 4th St. The store moved from its previous location on NE 8th St., between 106th and 108th Avenues. Their new location has played home to a seasonal Halloween costume shop since the drugstore closed, but has yet to show much sign of life until now.
This is another indicator that construction for Lincoln Square 2 will not be happening any time in the near future.
