Local chef John Howie will promote his new cookbook at the University Book Store in downtown Bellevue next month.
The hardbound book, Passion & Palate: Recipes for a Generous Table, is a collection of John Howie’s stories and recipes. It features full-color photography and more than 200 recipes from Seastar Restaurant & Raw Bar, John Howie Steak, SPORT Restaurant & Bar, and Adriatic Grill.
The event is scheduled for 6pm on Monday, March 5, at the bookstore, located at 990 102nd Ave. NE. The cookbook is available for $42.
