Downtown Bellevue’s Your Local Market is offering rewards to loyal customers for a limited time through its Founding Membership program.
The three levels of Founding Membership include four years of: rebates on all future purchases; free home delivery within the market’s delivery zones; priority booking and free admission to 2 weekly cooking classes; free lunch or dinner each month from the barbecue or fresh foods department; and invitations to private town hall meetings with guest speakers and free wine, beer, and appetizers.
The Level 1 “Hand Basket” provides a 10 percent rebate for a $500 fee.
The Level 2 “Shopping Cart” offers a 15 percent rebate for a fee of $1,000.
The Level 3 “Family Cart” features a 20 percent rebate for a fee of $2,000.
The program will only be available for a very limited time. The membership can be purchased in-store or online.
Your Local Market is a locally owned and operated full-service grocer known for carrying local and organic products as well as mainstream brands.
I like Your Local Market, but I’m really wary of paying good money upfront for benefits in the next four years, especially when this story is posted just a couple inches away from another story letting us know of a business that went out of business after about a year.

So what happens to the 4 year benefits if KDC decides to move forward with the Lincoln Square expansion in the next year or two? Does YLM have contingency relocation plans?
@K: That was my main worry as well. As I said, I like Your Local Market, and I have no doubt that they want to stick around. I’m just worried about the chance of them being kicked out of there by the developers. đ
When and if KDC asks us to relocate we will address this- however at a minimum we anticipate this to be in the 3 to 4 year range and have a private agreement with KDC in terms of our lease and relocation..so to answer your question yes, we have a plan in place.
