A new dog-friendly 4K race in downtown Bellevue will raise funds for the Seattle Humane Society in Bellevue this summer.
The “Four on the 4th Dog Jog & Walk” kicks off at 9 a.m. on July 4th at Ashwood Park. Packet pick-up and on-site registration begins at 7:30 a.m.
Patriotic dress is recommended and leashed dogs are welcome. Post-race activities include a dog costume contest and children’s bounce houses.
Free parking will be available at the Bellevue Library parking structure. Registration costs $25 now through July 1.
