Earls restaurant in downtown Bellevue at Lincoln Square is now serving brunch on weekends. The brunch menu includes specialty items such as Croque Madame, Chorizo + Mushroom Hash, and Frittata. They also have a few breakfast favorites such as Sourdough French Toast, Eggs Benny, and Granola + Yogurt Parfait.
The menu only has a handful of breakfast items, but a lot of attention to detail has been given to each dish. For instance the sourdough bread for the French toast is made daily onsite, which is typically unheard of for a chain restaurant. Add this to their pure maple syrup, Chantilly cream, berry purree, and whipped butter and it’s not your typical French toast.
If you’re looking for a recommendation look no further than the Croque Madame. The flavorful ingredients include Virginia ham, white cheddar, roasted Serrano cream, and house sourdough. This was a favorite at a recent media tasting event.
Items on the menu range from $9 – $14. Brunch is available on Saturday and Sunday’s, as well as Monday holidays from 11AM – 2PM.
