Boom Noodle in Bellevue Closes, Kaisho to Open in November

Kaisho Bellevue
After opening in early 2009 at Bellevue Square, Boom Noodle is now closed. Signage outside the restaurant indicates that Kaisho, a new globally influenced Asian eatery will be replacing Boom Noodle.

Jeffrey Lunak is putting Kaisho restaurant together. He is the former Corporate Chef to “Iron Chef” Morimoto.

The restaurant is planned to open in November 2013.
