According to Livability.com Bellevue has been ranked the 12th best small to mid-sized U.S. city in the United States.
The study was done by researchers that evaluated 1,200 cities. To be included within the survey cities had 20,000 to 350,000 in population. The cities were evaluated in the following categories: economics, housing, amenities, infrastructure, demographics, social and civic capital, education and healthcare. Palo Alto ranked 1st in the rankings.
