Vegetarian restaurant Veggie Grill has submitted permitting plans for a downtown Bellevue location. The restaurant is planned to be located at 233 106th Ave NE.
The restaurant will feature menu items including soups, salads, sandwiches, wraps, and more.
Currently there are Veggie Grill locations in downtown Seattle, South Lake Union, and University Village. Speculation is that the restaurant will open in early 2014.

For those of us that had a hard time picturing the location, I looked it up. It’s on the same street as Taco Time, just north of it. 🙂
This sounds like a nice restaurant to have nearby.

@Darcy: according to Google maps, that’s where it will be. I was a bit confused as well…
I’m surprised at the location, given that Taco Time is going to be torn down and replaced by a larger project. I would have assumed that the other small properties on that block would be replaced as well…
The location is on the other side of 106th in the base of the new high rise that is still under construction.
