The City of Bellevue is extending NE 4th St from 116th Ave NE to 120th Ave NE. The project will be a phased approach. The first phase will go from 116th Ave to the Eastside Rail Corridor. The second phase will complete for the connection from the rail corridor to 120th Ave. The roadway is planned to be open to drivers in the fall of 2015.
The project will generate a five-lane arterial with 2 lanes in each direction, as well as a turn lane. Construction is planned to start in December. For information on the project visit the City of Bellevue website.
