Trophy Cupcakes & Parties!, a new book by Trophy Cupcakes and Party Founder Jennifer Shea, will hit Williams-Sonoma stores this weekend. The book features party ideas and recipes from the local bakery.
To kick off her national book tour, Shea will sign books and demonstrate her cupcake decorating skills at 1 p.m. Saturday, March 29th at Williams-Sonoma in Bellevue Square. This free event is open to the public.
Guests will learn how to make Trophy’s buttercream, how to create domed cupcakes, and how to hand-frost and decorate desserts.
Saturday’s event will also feature Seattle food blogger Ashley Rodriguez who will teach guests how to make rhubarb cream soda.
