The frozen yogurt shop, TCBY and the cookie making company, Mrs. Fields have opened locations at the base of City Center Plaza at 555 110th Ave NE in downtown Bellevue. The location is directly across the way from the Bellevue Transit Center.
Mrs. Fields returns to downtown Bellevue after preciously occupying space in Bellevue Square.
