The long awaited restaurant, “Local Burger” on Main Street (next to 520 Bar & Grill) in Bellevue is now open. The restaurant had a soft opening for lunch starting last week and will now be open to 11PM nightly according to a worker.
The restaurant menu features premium (and organic) burgers, appetizers, salads, and desserts. Some of the burger’s patties are infused with ingredients such as bacon, along with several other options.
The design is rustic and simple. There are two primary seating areas, the dining room and bar. In addition to the inside seating, there is also seating on the patio for warm weather days.
Local Burger has the same ownership group as Local 360 located in Belltown, with a focus on fresh and local ingredients.
The official website has launched, but there is only a “coming soon” message on the homepage.
