Office Space in Lincoln Square Expansion Tower Already Leased

Lincoln Square Expansion Leased 2016
Kemper Development Company plans to move forward with plans to build 400 Lincoln Square, a 31-story office tower in downtown Bellevue, and part of the space has already been leased, according to the PSBJ.

Builders sometimes stop work on large real estate projects until part of the development has been leased.

The Lincoln Square expansion, which is expected to cost $1.2 billion, broke ground last spring at the corner of Bellevue Way and Northeast Fourth Street.  The expansion will include the new office tower, a 42-story hotel and residential tower, retail space, and underground parking.

Kemper Freeman recently stated that part of the office tower has been leased, but the tenant has yet to be named. “It’s the tenant that needs to make the announcement,” he said.

Readers, which companies would you like to see fill the new office and retail space in downtown Bellevue?
