According to the PSBJ, former Microsoft CEO, Steve Ballmer, has leased the the entire 30th floor of the 400 Lincoln Square project, now under construction by Kemper Development, in downtown Bellevue. Ballmer’s new 23,500 square foot office is 450 feet above ground, offering spectacular views of Seattle and Mt. Rainier. The publication disclosed that an unnamed source had confirmed this information to the Puget Sound Business Journal. The project is slated for completion late in 2016.
Since his departure from Microsoft, Ballmer bought the Clippers for $2 billion. He remains Microsoft’s largest single stockholder.
