Chinese group outlines plans for condominium towers in downtown Bellevue

New Downtown Bellevue Condos
Plus Investment USA’s CEO described plans this week for a large mixed-use development that includes two condominium towers in downtown Bellevue, according to the PSBJ.

The half-block development will be located at 752 108th Ave. NE, where the Bellevue First Congregational Church is located. Plus Investment USA is part of Hong Kong-based Plus Investment.

CEO Kevin Corbett said the working name of the project is International Plaza and initial plans include two 43-story condominium high-rises with a retail base. Corbett’s goal is to build the project this decade, according to the PSBJ.

Plus Investment USA filed a pre-development services application with the City of Bellevue, but has yet to submit any drawings or descriptions of the project. Plus representatives are scheduled to meet with city officials on Thursday.
