Early Morning Dance and Fitness Event, August 12th – The Wake

The WakeThe Wake, a new early morning dance and fitness party debuts on Wednesday, August 12th at Resonance at SOMA Towers in Downtown Bellevue.

The Wake is capitalizing on the fitness craze that began about a year ago in the UK, now gaining momentum in large metropolitan cities like New York and San Francisco. The event incorporates an hour-long yoga session, live DJ’s, and hundreds of people reaching cardio rates on the dance floor at 7am, supplemented with water, coffee, juices and healthy snacks, to stay energized.

Seattle’s very own DJ Oresso, will keep you spinning. Dress in gym clothes, yoga gear, work clothes, or even a party costume. Join the party on the dance floor to shake a tail feather from 7am – 9am to blazing hot beats and heart pounding bass.

Space is limited and tickets will go fast. Secure your spot as soon as possible. 10% of ticket sales will go directly to benefit, Upower, an organization that provides free physical fitness and wellness classes to underserved teens in King County.

Tickets start at $10: http://www.eventbrite.com/e/the-wake-launch-party-tickets-17791869962
