Beecher’s Handmade Cheese is now open at Bellevue Square. They are famous for their cheese as well as their mac and cheese. Beecher’s has retail stores in Pike Place Market, SeaTac International Airport, and in New York City within the Flatiron District.
As mentioned in February, Beecher’s replaces Specialty’s Café & Bakery within the center of the shopping center, which is in close proximity to the elevator.
