Developer Buys 1.2-acre property on Bellevue Way for $22.8M, Likely for Luxury Condos

Canadian real estate developer Nat Bosa has purchased a 1.2-acre property. Bellevue regulations would allow development of a high-rise residential tower on the site. Earlier this year the developer submitted plans for a 22-story tower with both residential and retail.
Bosa Development, last week, inked a deal to buy the property where today a Robbins Brothers jewelry store stands. The location is next to two restaurants at Bellevue Way Northeast Second Street. Burnaby, British Columbia-based Bosa paid $22.8 million for the property, according to the Puget Sound Business Journal.

Bosa has a 707-unit luxury condo tower almost completed in downtown Seattle. It hasn’t been announce if the plan is for these to be apartments or condos, but based on Bosa’s history these would likely be condos.
