Ground has been broken for a new 254-room Hilton Garden Inn in downtown Bellevue. The Hotel Group headquartered in Edmonds, Washington, will operate the hotel. The property is located two blocks east of the Bellevue Square Mall. Property developer/owner, West77 Partners, has scheduled project completion for winter 2016/2017.

Hotel design was rendered by Jensen Fey Architects and is being built by Vandervert Construction, Inc.
