According to an article in The Seattle Times that reported on public health data, West Bellevue residents have the longest life expectancy in King County at 86.2 years.
According to Health Officer Jeff Duchin at Public Health — Seattle & King County there are many factors to a community’s health including quality of housing and education, job opportunities, access to healthful food, neighborhood safety and green spaces.
The article notes that residents in West Bellevue have a life expectancy that about 10 years longer of residents of Auburn, which have a life expectancy of 76.6.
