The luxury condominium project, One88, has announced their first preview event where potential customers will have the opportunity to tour the sales gallery with a fully furnished model of the residences and view floor plans.
The event will take place on Saturday, January 20 from 12-3PM. You can expect light bites and beverages during the preview. To attend the event, RSVP online.
The sales gallery will be located at 200 105th Ave NE across the street from the project. If you’re not able to attend the event but still want a tour of the sales gallery you can contact the the sales team via the One88 website.
One88 is planned to be a 21-story residential tower with 147 one, two and three-bedroom residences, as well as penthouse residences. Many of the units will be two and three-bedroom units (80% to be exact). The pricing for the units is planned to run from $800K to $6M.
