Brio Apartments, a mixed-use residential project, is coming to downtown Bellevue, located at 1021 112th Avenue Northeast. There will be two buildings; a twenty-three story residential building, and a seven-story mid-rise tower.
According to plans submitted to the City of Bellevue, the two buildings will hold about 258 residential units, above 30,000 square feet of commercial, retail and restaurant space.
The residential part of the building will be composed of studios, one and two bedroom apartment homes. Each unit will feature a contemporary design with air conditioning, gourmet kitchens with slab granite countertops, walk-in closets, and more.
An exciting component of the podium is the performance court; an indoor public space for exhibits, art walks, athletic activities and formal/informal performances, according to the permits.
Potential renters can sign up now for 2019 tours. For more information, please visit their website.
Too much building for all the traffic being created. Infrastructure is woefully inadequate.
