Mira Flats, the condominium building that was previously apartments, are beginning sales in fall 2018. Located on 103rd Avenue Northeast, residents can easily enjoy dining, shopping, and entertainment in downtown Bellevue.
Mira Flats has studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom residences available, ranging in size from about 400 to 1,200 square feet. Prices start in the $500,000s and go above $1 million for the larger homes, according to a press release for the seller. The new website for Mira Flats mentions a starting price even lower at $400,000s.
The six-story building, composed of 162 residences, includes stainless steel appliances, quartz counters, ceramic tile, expansive windows with roller shades, and white painted millwork. Mira Flats offers many amenities for guests to enjoy, like the rooftop deck with extensive territorial views.
Mira Flats was designed by GGLO Design, and construction was completed earlier this month. Polaris Pacific will lead the sales and marketing beginning in the fall.
An interest list for the condominium building is now forming. There will be a public preview of the building soon, hosted by Intracorp. For more information or to register, visit their website.
