Mira Flats, the condominium building that was previously apartments, began sales on Saturday, September 22nd. Located on 103rd Avenue Northeast, residents have easy access to the downtown Bellevue core.
According to Matt Goyer, founder and managing broker of Urban Living, there was one person who camped out the night before sales began on Saturday, and there were upwards of 35 buyers in line when the sales center opened their doors. Goyer noted that the system that Mira Flats used was buyer-friendly, in that potential buyers reserved condominiums on a first-come, first-served basis to establish a priority number and deferring unit selection to a later date based on that priority.
The six-story building is composed of 162 residences, and includes; quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, ceramic tile, expansive windows with roller shades and white painted millwork.
Mira Flats was designed by GGLO Design. Construction was completed over the summer. Polaris Pacific is leading the sales and marketing for the condominium building.
