Molly Moon’s Ice Cream just announced via social media that they will be opening their biggest scoop shop and ice-cream making kitchen to date come spring 2020 in Downtown Bellevue. According to their message, the new location will be located right off of Main Street. Customers will have multiple ways to view the ice-cream process, from churning ice-cream and cooking down caramel sauce, to baking brownies and rolling waffle cones.
According to a city permit, the new location will be at Park 88, which is also home to Third Culture Coffee and Carmine’s.
The scoop shop opened their first location in Bellevue in July 2019, across from Bellevue Downtown Park on Northeast 1st Street. Located at the bottom of an apartment building, the ice-creamery is a walk-up shop that features their full ice-cream menu. This location will remain open once the new location opens.
Molly Moon’s serves fresh, local flavors and works with local companies to buy only organic ingredients. There are currently eight locations in total, including ice-cream shops on the Eastside in Seattle and Redmond.
Hours of operation for the Bellevue location are from 2pm to 10pm, daily.
YAY!
Is Molly Moon’s going to do ice cream cart routes to Bellevue Parks too? They could probably get a lot of summertime love.
