A new office tower is set to begin construction in October 2022, located alongside Interstate 405 on 112th Avenue Northeast. The U-shaped building is owned by Columbia Pacific Advisors, a Seattle-based investment management firm.
According to the City of Bellevue, the project is currently under design review. At the moment, it is an older, low, concrete office building. In its place is planned to be a modern 16-story office tower.
The project consists of approximately 315,000 square feet of office space in one building, 2,910 square feet of ground-level retail and active-use space, an outdoor plaza at the corner of 112th and Northeast 2nd, and five and a half levels of below-grade parking. The primary entry is planned to be on 112th Avenue Northeast. Also included in the plans are a lobby and common space, roof garden and patios, and bike storage on Northeast 2nd Street.
The Office tower could open as early as 2025. The address is 200 112th Avenue Northeast.
Compton Design Office of Seattle is the design architect. The architect of record is Kendall/Heaton Associates of Houston.
