One88 Condo Building Evolves with Sign of First Retail Tenant: HSBC

According to City of Bellevue permits and site signage, HSBC will become a tenant at One88 and its new address will become 196 Bellevue Way NE. HSBC will move from its current location at 821 Bellevue Way NE.

The One88 Condo building features a concierge service, a fully equipped fitness facility including a yoga and exercise studio and an indoor pool.

In addition, residents may enjoy a third floor terrace with outdoor grilling islands complete with communal tables. A fifth floor landscaped terrace retreat offers a view of Downtown Park, as well as city views. Other amenities include a private dining room, a resident lounge, and a children’s playroom.
