Celebrate Easter with a delicious brunch, three-course meal or specialized chocolate gift package. Whether you’re getting together with family or friends and enjoying a meal out, or treating yourself within the comfort of your home, The Bellevue Collection is helping to make this holiday something to remember. With restaurants newly open at 50% capacity, groups of 10 or less can gather to enjoy together. We’ve curated a list of restaurants and stores to enhance your Easter celebration. Hint: We recommend contacting the restaurant or store in advance of your visit to secure a reservation, however, not all of those featured below will require a reservation.

Ascend Prime Steak and Sushi

This Easter, Ascend Prime Steak and Sushi is featuring a table-side experience, reimagined. The restaurant will be featuring an all-inclusive, customizable brunch. While safely seated at your socially distanced table, guests can choose from revolving trollies and carousels of bites and beverages in the tableside brunch buffet. Select an entree from the chef’s curated menu and receive an assortment of family-style dishes for the table. The daytime experience will take place on April 4th from 10am to 4pm. The cost is $95 per person and $35 for children ages 5 to 12.

Fogo de Chao

Fogo De Chao is offering an Easter To-Go Package for your party on April 3 and April 4. Guests have a choice of two fire-roasted meats, sautéed vegetables, salad, Brazilian sides and desserts. Enhance your experience by adding a Fogo Tribute wine. The cost of the package is $140 and serves up to 6 adults. Customers can also enjoy celebrating the holiday with brunch or dinner at the restaurant.

 

Royce’ Chocolate

Pre-order is now available at Royce’ Chocolate. Their Easter 2021 selections require reservations. Items are to be picked up from their store by April 3rd. Royce is featuring a chocolate hunt set for $45, a petit ball chocolate, strawberry, and lemon for $20, and a chocolate box “sweet eggs” for $15.

Daniel’s Broiler

Daniel’s Broiler is featuring a special menu for Easter complete with a three-course dinner. The courses include your choice of a starter like lobster bisque or Caesar salad, entree such as filet mignon, and dessert like cheesecake and chocolate caramel French macarons. Dinner is available from 12pm to 9pm and costs $120 per person.

Earls Bellevue

Make the most of the upcoming Easter weekend with four days of extended brunch hours at Earls Bellevue from April 2 to April 5. Brunch is offered from opening until 3pm. Their lobster and shrimp benedict will be a featured dish, at $14 with two poached eggs, lobster and shrimp, avocado, artisan bread, and crispy potatoes.

As we move into Phase 3 of the state’s Healthy Washington Roadmap to Recovery plan, indoor seating is permitted at 50% capacity, tables can seat up to ten people, and food service can continue past 12am, excluding alcohol. The Bellevue Collection is strictly following CDC and state guidelines, as well as implementing additional safety measures.
